Rain Drops on Roses

What could be better than Easter? Beautiful weather, new clothes and lots and lots of chocolate? Factor in an afternoon at the spa the Saturday before and nothing can beat Easter. (Thanks Josh!) We had a wonderful holiday. Olive had a blast "finding" her Easter basket. If I can figure out our video camera I will post a video. Pictures will have to do for now.

She loves an audience and most of the day all the attention was on her.
I know that children tend to copy the mannerisms of the adults around them, but I thought I still had a few years before this started, but my brilliant daughter proved me wrong. She has started closing her eyes when she laughs. It took me a few days to realize that when I laugh at her I do the same thing. It is just about the cutest face you have ever seen. (Olive's, not mine.)

Sat night after Olive went to bed my mom, Melanie and I colored eggs. I made a special one for James. I don't think he thought it was as cool as I did. Go Eagles!
